Who We Are?
Founded by Rob Barklamb, Langdale Search & Selection aims to bring a fresh approach to Legal recruitment in the North and Midlands. Rob has gained over 14 years' recruitment experience, including spells with the former market leader in Legal recruitment in London as well helping to establish the Leeds Legal recruitment office for one of the world´s largest recruitment consultancies. Most recently he was Vice-President Operations for an International Search firm, holding responsibility for the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East.
What We Can Do For You
We specialise in Legal recruitment. We recruit fee earners (Assistants through to Partners) and Management in the Midlands and Northern offices of National, Regional and local law firms. We can also recruit for In-House positions in the regions.
Service
Langdale Search & Selection's main service offering is Search, or headhunting as it is otherwise known. We feel that in a market where demand for talent is high and readily available supply is low, Search is the most effective way to make critical appointments in a timely fashion (See Why Search? for more details). Thus we can pro-actively identify all potential prospects for you, approaching all and engaging many in your opportunity, thereafter managing the process through to completion.
